I set up the Monksdale Community Plot with a group of friends in the spring of 2013 as an open access family gardening skillshare project. We Our philosophy is to have fun and 'Grow it, Cook it, Eat it!' This project was made possible by the kindness of BANES council who let us have 2 adjacent allotment plots for free and a ward councellor's grant for start up costs.
